A defining addition to the Colombo skyline, this 45-story commercial tower redefines modern workspace. Featuring state-of-the-art glass facades, LEED Platinum certification, and smart building management systems.
The Challenge
Constructing a 45-story tower in a densely populated urban center presented massive logistical challenges, including material transport, noise restrictions, and a remarkably tight footprint.
The Solution
We implemented a top-down construction method and utilized pre-fabricated steel structures for the upper floors to accelerate the timeline. Advanced acoustic barriers were used to minimize disruption.
